Founded in 2000 by architect and urban planner Sami Ben Halima, ARCADUS embodies more than two decades of expertise in architecture, interior design, and urban planning. Born from solid experience at the Ministry of Equipment and through major projects such as the Radès Olympic City, the firm has established itself as a reference in architectural design and territorial development.
