Located in a strategic area of Bamako, this R+9 apart-hotel redefines high-end hospitality in Mali. Developed over a covered area of 8,317.5 m², the building stands as a major architectural landmark, offering a seamless blend between luxury residential living and international-standard hotel services.

The architectural design is driven by a privileged relationship with water. The façade unfolds through a dynamic composition of continuous balconies and stepped terraces, whose horizontal lines echo the movement of the river. These outdoor spaces, protected by crystalline glass railings, act as permanent viewpoints offering residents panoramic views over the river and the urban landscape of Bamako.

The materiality emphasizes clarity and durability. The structure, dominated by immaculate white surfaces, is rhythmically punctuated by vertical wooden-toned elements and subtle screening devices that provide solar protection while preserving privacy. The building crown is carefully designed, hosting exclusive living areas beneath large suspended canopies that accentuate the project’s slender silhouette.

Scheduled for completion in 2027, the A.M Apart-Hotel offers a mix of 31 exceptional apartments and duplex units.
