Nestled in the residential environment of La Soukra, Mirador Residence III offers a sensitive approach to urban density. Developed over a covered area of 7925 m², this R+5 complex of 62 apartments is distinguished by an architectural expression where the built form recedes in favor of vegetation.

The façade is designed as a lived-in landscape: the horizontal lines of white balconies are punctuated by vertical wood-effect screens, creating a vibrant interplay of light and shadow. The systematic integration of planters and green walls provides each apartment with a natural filter, ensuring privacy and thermal comfort.

Delivered in 2024, this project embodies a calm and balanced vision of collective housing. It offers a breathable living environment that combines the functionality of modern residential architecture with the softness of a suspended garden.
