Located along the dynamic avenue of Ennasr II, the Violette and ERIS developments form a major office and commercial complex totaling 11400 m² of covered area. These two buildings, rising respectively to R+7 and R+8, share a unified architectural language focused on transparency and modernity.

The façades are defined by a fluid dialogue between large glazed surfaces and clean white structural frames, creating a strong rhythmic identity and ensuring optimal natural daylight for the 95 office units.

Designed to meet the needs of modern businesses, the buildings sit on an active podium that includes 6 commercial units contributing to the urban vibrancy of the district. A double basement level provides essential parking capacity, a key advantage in this dense urban area, ensuring accessibility and user comfort.

Completed in 2020 and 2022 respectively, this dual project has become a benchmark address in Ariana, combining commercial visibility with high-standard working environments.
