Located in a prime residential neighborhood, Green Valley Residence offers a rational and contemporary approach to housing. The project is composed of interlocking geometric volumes, where a combination of setbacks and projections breaks the linearity of the façades while optimizing privacy for each residence.

The architectural identity is built on a carefully balanced contrast of materials. The simplicity of white renderings, characteristic of Mediterranean architecture, is paired with horizontal wood cladding. This technical and aesthetic choice introduces an organic texture to the building while ensuring its harmonious integration with the surrounding green environment.

The design prioritizes functionality and solar exposure. The main entrance, conceived as a secure transitional volume, leads to spacious and open living areas. Large glazed openings maximize natural daylight and create a seamless visual connection with the outdoors. The rooftops are designed as landscaped rooftop terraces, while generous balconies extend the living spaces, offering outdoor relaxation areas with unobstructed views.
