Located in L’Aouina, Texas Residence stands out with a strong visual identity in a rapidly developing urban district. This residential project, comprising 89 apartments and 4 commercial units, features a dynamic architectural composition based on offset volumes and layered façades.

The façade is structured by a rhythmic system of protruding frames that define the balconies and create a strong graphic depth. The contrast between pure white surfaces and warm wood-effect cladding emphasizes the contemporary character of the building. At the upper levels, stepped terraces provide privileged outdoor spaces while visually lightening the overall massing.

Developed by Immobilière Majdi, this project (designed in 2022 and delivered in 2024) maximizes natural light through large openings, ensuring a high-quality living environment. Texas Residence embodies a contemporary vision of collective housing, where façade aesthetics interact seamlessly with functional interior spaces.
